Coronavirus Update from Citizens Bank

WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

It is of utmost importance for you to know that we are still conducting all business functions just as we always have. You should have peace of mind knowing that you still have access to all products and services that we have always offered. We are still making loans and accepting deposits, and you have access to your money just as you always have. FDIC Insurance coverage on your deposits has not changed, and your money is still insured up to the same limits currently in effect.

In order to ensure we are doing all we can to protect you and our employees from unnecessary exposure and following CDC guidelines as it relates to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), beginning Friday, March 20, and until further notice, we have closed our lobbies to normal business traffic; however, our drive-thru service will remain open at all branches for normal business hours. Please read further for all the ways we are able to serve you at this time:

Deposit Account Transactions (deposits, withdrawals, etc.) - You can use our drive-thru service or access one of our ATMs. You can also deposit checks into your account by using the mobile deposit feature in our Citizens Bank Mobile App.

Make a Loan Payment - You can use our drive-thru service. You can also make loan payments using Online Banking on our website or by using our Citizens Bank Mobile App.

Open a Deposit Account or Get Access to Your Lockbox - Please call your local branch and ask to speak to a Deposit Customer Service Representative to schedule an appointment to come to the bank. For precautionary reasons, we may ask you to complete paperwork prior to coming to the bank, but we will set up a time for you to come into the bank to complete final paperwork.

Apply for a Loan - Please call your local branch and ask to speak to a Loan Officer to schedule an appointment to come to the bank. For precautionary reasons, we may ask you to complete paperwork prior to coming to the bank, but we will set up a time for you to come into the bank to complete final paperwork.

ATMs that offer an easy way to get cash, and deposit checks.

• Our free Citizens Bank Mobile App that can be downloaded to your smartphone.

Online Banking to manage your accounts, transfer funds, and more.

• Using your Debit Card whenever possible to reduce cash handling.

Telephone Banking for an additional way to manage your money 24 hours a day.
