Drive-up ATMs
First National Bank has four (4) convenient drive-up ATM locations, one at each branch location and another located at the intersection of HWY 25 and 231s at 6110 Highway 231 South, Castalian Springs, TN. No matter what the season, the weather, or the time of day or night, you never have to get out of your car to get cash, make transfers, or inquire about your accounts.
These machines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Direct Deposit
Convenience, convenience, convenience! This is what you get when you have your check directly deposited into your account here at Citizens Bank. We are sure you've heard the old saying, "the check is in the mail". Well maybe it is, or maybe it isn't. With direct deposit, you don't have to worry about this anymore.
Direct deposit is available for government benefits and for many payroll disbursements.

Safe Deposit Boxes
Our safety deposit boxes are a convenient and safe place to store documents or valuables, such as jewelry, knives, or those one-of-a-kind family heirlooms. We offer multiple box sizes. Wire Transfer Service
Wiring money is a safe and speedy way to electronically transfer money. Both domestic and foreign wire transfers are available to account holders of First National Bank.
Night Depository
The night depository at First National Bank is a very convenient way for our customers to drop off transactions for their accounts after banking hours. Just simply pull up to our first drive-up window lane at either location and leave your transaction in the depository.
